snaiPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use snai and how we keep that data protected. Our privacy commitments are grounded in transparency: we collect only what we need for account verification, payment processing, and gaming operations, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
When you create an account on snai, we request identity verification (KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address as required by anti-money-laundering law. We store these documents encrypted on secure servers. We also collect your email, transaction history, gaming activity, IP address, and device information. Each of these serves a specific operational purpose—account recovery, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, or service improvement.
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction; your data may be processed in multiple countries depending on our infrastructure. We undertake to protect it using industry-standard encryption and access controls regardless of location. This privacy policy explains what we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how to contact us with privacy concerns.
What Data We Collect on snai
Account and identity data
We collect your email address when you sign up on snai. We use this to authenticate you, send account notifications, and help you recover access if you lose your password. We do not use your email to send marketing messages unless you opt in to a newsletter (and you can opt out anytime).
We collect identity documents—KTP, passport, or driver's licence—during account verification. We keep these encrypted and separate from your gaming activity. We also collect proof of address: utility bills, bank statements, or government-issued address certificates. These documents verify that you are who you claim to be and that your address is accurate. We retain these documents for the duration of your account plus a legal hold period (typically several years) to satisfy anti-money-laundering and tax compliance requirements.
Payment and transaction data
We collect every deposit, withdrawal, and bet you place on snai. This includes the amount, payment method used (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), timestamp, and outcome. We use this data to reconcile accounts, detect fraud, and comply with financial reporting obligations. We do not share your transaction history with game developers, sportsbook suppliers, or marketing partners. Your payment history remains visible only to you and to our compliance team on a need-to-know basis.
Gaming and behavioural data
We log every bet you place, every game you play, and every market you view on snai. This includes your stake size, odds, bet type (if sportsbook), game title, session duration, and outcome. We use this data to:
- Detect problem gambling patterns (rapid escalation, chasing losses, extended sessions)
- Comply with gaming authority audits
- Improve game recommendations and user experience
- Detect fraud and bonus abuse
- Understand which games and markets are popular in specific regions (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, etc.)
We do not sell your gaming history to third parties. We do not use it to profile you for external marketing. We do not share it with data brokers.
Device and network data
We collect your IP address, browser type, device model, and operating system when you access snai. We use this to prevent account fraud, block VPNs and proxy networks (which violate our terms), and detect distributed attacks. We also use device fingerprinting—a technique that identifies your device based on hardware and software characteristics—to link multiple accounts to the same person and prevent bonus abuse.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure site performance. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand which pages players visit and how long they stay. We do not use cookies to track you across external websites. If you disable cookies, snai will still function, but you may need to re-enter login information more frequently.

We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus a legal hold period. Gaming history (bets, game plays) is deleted upon account closure unless we are under a legal hold. Identity documents and transaction records are retained for seven years minimum to comply with tax law. Payment information is deleted after settlement unless a chargeback occurs, in which case we retain it for dispute resolution.
Security practices
We encrypt data in transit using HTTPS and at rest using AES-256. We restrict access to sensitive data to employees and contractors who need it for their job. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. We do not guarantee bulletproof security—no system is perfect—but we undertake industry-standard practices.
Contact us about privacy
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, contact our privacy team via email, live chat, or our physical address. We respond to data requests within 10 business days. If you believe we have violated your privacy rights and our response is unsatisfactory, you may file a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Indonesia, the Office of the Deputy for Data Protection and Privacy).
We at snai treat privacy as a foundation of trust. Our policy is designed to be transparent: we explain what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We do not hide data practices behind vague language. If you have any question about this policy, do not hesitate to ask. Our support team responds in English and Indonesian during standard business hours, and during major events (Liga 1 finals, Piala Indonesia tournaments, or holiday periods around Idul Fitri and Idul Adha), we maintain extended availability.
